MR PORTER & Balenciaga Teamed Up for an Exclusive Collaboration

In keeping MR PORTER's streak of collaborative projects progressive, MR PORTER and Balenciaga created a collaboration that will be available later this month. Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of Balenciaga states that, "the exclusive collection for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER creates a complete wardrobe of Balenciaga styles known from previous seasons. We have redesigned this selection of styles for women and men in new and special fabrics and dedicated colors." The high-fashion brand merging with the popular online platform will broaden the audience outreach.

The campaign shoot for this exclusive collaborative project took place at the London headquarters of MR PORTER. This consisted of employees displaying the pieces in a more professional, corporate environment to showcase last year's popular concept of "redefined office dress codes." The upcoming collection will feature the iconic Balenciaga large-fitting sweaters, denim jackets, chunky sneakers, blazers and dresses -- all launching January 22nd.
