Microsoft Will Soon Launch a Mouse Made from Recycled Ocean Plastic

Tech giant Microsft has designed a wireless mouse made from sustainable materials. Dubbed the Microsoft Ocean Plastic Mouse, this new computer accessory boasts an eco-conscious and durable design. Made from recycled ocean plastic, the company has taken waste recovered from oceans and waterways and has turned it into resin pellets that make up 20% of the mouse's shell. The company has even packaged its new product in a zero-plastic box made from wood and sugarcane fiber.

To encourage its customers to switch to this eco-conscious device, Microsoft users are welcome to send in their old mouse, which the company will properly recycle. Microsoft has ensured its new eco-mouse includes advanced technological features - from a 33 feet Bluetooth 4.0 range to a long-lasting battery charge; the Ocean Plastic Mouse is all-around a smart purchase.

The device will launch on October 5 and retails for USD 25.
