Eye-Controlled Lights

The Michal Kohút 0, 1 Installation is Illuminating

Life won't pass by with the blink of an eye thanks to the Michal Kohút 0, 1 installation. The installation gets a volunteer to put on a pair of eyeglasses that connect to a lighting system, and every time that person blinks the lights switch on and off.

The volunteer won’t even notice that they’re putting on a show, since every time they blink their eyes will be closed. However, the audience gets to experience the same blink pattern as that person and see the world through another person's eyes for a minute.

This is a very compelling and fun piece of conceptual interactive artwork. It would certainly be interesting to experience this installation first hand.
