Along with his photos, Shields also produced a video in which Lindsay Lohan and Michael Trevino share an enticing embrace. The pair's chemistry is so palpable that they seem to be helplessly intoxicated by each other's presence. Unfortunately for Trevino, the photo series later depicts him being killed off by Lohan. A distraught and bloody Lohan stands over Trevino's body with a bloody blade in hand, concluding the photo series. Risqué much?
