Red Peak Branding had an interesting idea, what happens when you lock up a bike for a year; the answer is 'lifecycle'. Lifecycle is a project in which a bike was left for a year in downtown New York, and then photographed every day for a year.
The results of the lifecycle project were entertaining, and it was quite interesting to find out what happens to your bike when you leave it locked up. It was interesting to see the changes day by day that occurred during the lifecycle project. Leaves fall, seasons change, the streets are busy, and quiet, the bike has a partner then alone, but one thing remained constant--the bike stood there. In a way lifecycle may be an introspective look at the human form, such as life before the end of the year the bike was dismantled and then ceased to be, however lifecycle will live on.
