Practical LEGO Furniture

The LEGO Buffet Table is for Hungry Brick Builders

The LEGO Buffet Table is one small step for man and one giant leap for LEGO-building. This buffet table design comes courtesy of Dutch design team MINALE-MAEDA.

Most LEGO creations are cool to look at but aren't very practical. The LEGO Buffet Table is fully functional in addition to being an amazing piece of LEGO craftsmanship. This table took about 25,000 pieces to make and will be sold by Droog Design.

Implications - This officially makes it the perfect gift for any dedicated LEGO nerd. Think of how many points he/she would score with their friends. I'm guessing we'd be deep in the hundreds. The LEGO Buffet Table shows the versatility of the decades old children's toy, and that's the main reason the table is so alluring.

Excuse me while I break out my old box of Jenga.
