This super easy Lauren Conrad bib necklace craft is a great way to re-purpose old blouses. For this project to be effective, the shirts should have some sort of embellishment, as that’s what creates the stylish appearance of this look.
The materials needed to put this together include old blouses, ribbon, chain, a wire cutter and needle nose pliers. You start by cutting out the embellished part of the shirt, then simply bend the ends of the pre-measured chain and attach it to the embellishment.
