An iPad can be used for pretty much everything a computer can be used for, but these iPad faces do something that the average computer doesn’t. The project by Katsuki Nogami allows the user of the iPad face to easily change his guise to those around him.
The experiment takes place in Tokyo and Berlin and sees one man travelling the streets meeting people, greeting people and even stealing an identity or two. The person takes a picture of whoever he sees then crops the image to fit the iPad screen properly.
He then proceeds to use that person’s image until he finds another image that he likes and does it all again. The truly impressive thing is his ability to not only take the image, but edit it backwards while he wears the iPad on his face.
