The Inklet App Uses Force Touch Tech via Styluses to Edit Images on Screen

The team behind the Inklet App is one of the first to come up with a practical way to use the new Force Touch technology featured in the latest Apple MacBooks. Through the Inklet App, people will be able to manipulate and draw over images using a stylus. This essentially turns the laptop into a drawing tablet.

When using the stylus lightly, an Inklet App user will be drawing normally and more pressure will result in thicker lines. Although similar to more traditional drawing tablets, this technology and third-party application makes it much more affordable for casual artists. At only $25, it also works with any program that accepts a pen input such as Photoshop and Lightroom. It also avoid accidental inputs including erasing edits by an unintentional swipe of the palm.
