Sony Electronics Unveils Its New ZV-E1 for Video Creators

Sony Electronics Inc. has revealed a new influencer-focused compact camera with interchangeable lens capabilities called the ZV-E1. Sony Electronics Inc. Vice President of Imaging Solutions Yang Cheng spoke about the camera: "We have taken all the information into mind with our development of this new camera – with more sophisticated video features, a streamlined user experience, and an extremely compact design, the ZV-E1 offers a whole new way for today's creators to create top-level video content."

The new ZV-E1 is a compact, lightweight DLSR camera with a high-performance 35 mm full-frame image sensor and approximately 12.1 megapixels. The camera also comes with 4K resolution video recording at full pixel readout at 10-bit 4:2:2. A standout feature that the camera has is its Cinematic Vlog Setting, which allows influencers to capture vlogs with the cinematic looks by selecting an appropriate Look, Moodx, and AF transition speed. The camera will be available for $2,199.99 in May.
