Social Hairdressing Projects Let Children Cut Your Locks

‘Haircuts by Children’ is a brilliant idea by Toronto based art-collective Mammalian. Before I go on, no I would not let a child cut my hair, but this is an idea which really does give you that feel good glow.

Mammalian, with communities around the world, gives the skills and confidence to give public haircuts. After completing a ten-day period of workshops in art, politics and hairstyling, they set up shop in a salon for a day of haircuts - free of charge for adults.
