Literary Tribute Hotels

Les Hoteliers Impertinents Opened the New Hotel Monte Cristo in Paris

Paying tribute to the famous literary star Alexandre Dumas, the new Hotel Monte Cristo was created to resemble what would be a modern-day home for the Count of Monte Cristo.

Offering modern luxury in the form of fine fabrics, hand-crafted accessories and bespoke furniture, the new hotel from the independent group Les Hoteliers Impertinents combines an eclectic mix of antique treasures and luxurious amenities. The finishing touch is the hotel's unique monogram that can be found adorning everything from the plush carpets in each guest room, or the fine porcelain in the lobby cafe.

As a tribute to the author, the hotel group decided to add the first-ever dedicated rum bar in Paris for guests and locals to drink cocktails in the Hotel Monte Cristo's salon.
