The Helmut Lang Pre-Fall 2012 Collection is Structured and Chic

Helmut Lang designer couple Nicole and Michael Colovos are known for creating avant-garde, structured leather jackets and slim, chic trousers, and the Helmut Lang Pre-Fall 2012 collection does not veer far from that, but a whimsical touch is added to each piece this time around.

Spiderweb prints and draped couture make up the Pre-Fall collection which is sure to be a favorite of every fashion editor and fashionista with a love for leather and all-black outfits.

"We have all these pictures of spiderwebs made by spiders on drugs," Michael Colovos tells Style.com. Apparently the designer duo was inspired by real-life webs created by spiders on caffeine, and the result is the Helmut Lang Pre-Fall 2012 collection.
