Grounded Packaging Debuts the 'Re: Mono' No-Contact Packaging

Grounded Packaging has announced the launch of its new no-contact sustainable packaging product titled ‘Re:Mono.’ This product is designed for meat and seafood packaging, and offers businesses an alternative to plastic packaging that harms the environment. ‘Re:Mono’ is made using film-animate and disposed plastics like milk bottles, plastic bags, and straws in order to reduce the impact they have on the environment. Due to the struggles the seafood retail industry faces surrounding sustainable packaging, Grounded Packaging has provided a solution to aid these businesses in their sustainability efforts.

"The packaging we’re launching today has been deemed unattainable by other flexible packaging manufacturers, and we look forward to bringing to market more sustainable products like Re: Mono that are helping consumers and brands join the fight against the climate crisis," said Ben Grant, Co-Founder of Grounded Packaging.

Grounded Packaging has also expressed its dedication to eliminating over 4 million kilograms of plastic from the ocean by the end of 2022.
