Kid-Friendly Subscription Boxes

Girls Can! Crate is Made to Inspire and Empower Kids Ages 5 to 10

Girls Can! Crate is an award-winning monthly subscription box service that was designed by Alison Shores, Kristen Snyder, and Megan Goodman, who sought out to create an engaging experience for kids that would both educate and entertain them.

Each of the boxes celebrates the life and legacy of diverse female role models that kids can look up to. So far, this has included Ella Fitzgerald, Florence Nightingale, Marie Curie, Frida Kahlo, Malala Yousafzai, and Sally Ride—among others.

Within each box, Girls Can! includes a 28-page activity book that honors the role model of the month, along with two to three hands-on STEM challenges and any supplies kids will need to complete them. The boxes also include collectible buttons and other surprises.
