Gin Launched the 'X' Bike at an Affordable Price Point

The 'Gin X' electric bicycle is a simplistic, minimalist flagship bike from Gin. The United Kingdom-based e-bike manufacturer sought to create an easy-to-use, affordable e-bike that rivals both the price and simplicity of a traditional manual bike. As a result, the Gin X is almost indistinguishable from a manual bike, with the sole exception of its thick frame bar that hides the motor and battery for the unit.

The Gin X achieves a maximum speed of 32 miles per hour, which is manually limited for local regulations. However, the e-bike boasts a maximum range of 75 miles, achieved by a 615 watt-hour battery. As for the physical features of the e-bike, the X is made out of aluminum 6061 and features 27.5-inch wheels, meaning it is lightweight and can potentially ride on all types of terrain.

Lastly, Gin included built-in LEDs for safety purposes and for visual clarity while riding at night, ensuring that riders are protected and comfortable while riding the X.
