Stereotype-Fighting Tees

This Gender-Neutral Clothing Line is Designed for All Kids

Dana Babbin recently designed a gender-neutral clothing line for kids called 'Pink Truck.' Babbin came up with the idea for the new line after noticing that her twin daughters were gravitating towards items in the boys department of clothing stores. Babbin's sought to break down gender stereotypes by designing a line of unisex clothing for children.

The Pink Truck line features traditional male-oriented iconography, with traditional female-oriented colors. Some of the items in the collection include tees emboldened with pastel-pink trucks and hoodies with power-blue tugboats. The pieces are intended to appeal to both boys and girls, with designs that are neither overly masculine nor overly feminine.

The gender-neutral clothing line ultimately allows children to embrace their personality and wear clothing that fits their own personal taste.
