One Planet Pizza's Frozen Vegan Pizza

One Planet Pizza was created by father-son duo Mike and Joe Hill in 2016 as an alternative to other boxed pizzas on the market and as of 2022, the frozen vegan pizza brand became the first of its kind in the UK to integrate carbon labeling. According to the brand, its products boast an average 47% lower carbon footprint than meat and dairy pizzas.

On the frozen pizza boxes, there's a carbon rating that consumers can quickly consult to help them make informed purchasing decisions in favor of the planet. While the brand's Stonebaked Mediterranean Vegetable, Stonebaked Hawaiian and Stonebaked Spicy Pepperoni, for example, have been assigned an "A" carbon rating, the Stonebaked Three Cheeze Margherita boasts a "B."
