Fri-Jado Introduces the New and Improved Hot Holding Display Unit

Fri-Jado, a leader in hot food-to-go solutions, has expanded its product range with the introduction of a highly practical rear feed model. The rear feed model, part of the MTT range, incorporates the technological and space innovations of Fri-Jado's hot holding solutions.

The new food display model allows operators to position the unit between the front and back of the house, separating food prep stations from the customer area in an effort to maintain food safety standards.

The MTT range, available in 600mm or 900mm widths, offers independent control of two levels and features a predominantly glass construction, emphasizing food visibility to boost impulse sales in the competitive hot food-to-go market.

"Featuring much of the same pioneering technology found in the larger models in our range, the MTT helped to open up hot food-to-go to independent retail sites and food kiosks and concessions often found in things like transport and leisure sites," said Gary Thacker, sales director at Fri-Jado UK.
