A regular sauna is like fog-filled nirvana so a floating sauna would just add to the experience. This sauna will be placed out on the water allowing for a new experience in sweaty, steamy goodness.
GoCstudio plans to create a floating sauna out on the Union Bay in Seattle, Washington. The sauna will be small but cozy and placed in a very popular spot for residents with access to any sort of water-bound vehicle. The sauna will be placed up on top of 55 gallon flotation barrels supported by aluminum frames.
If it ever gets too hot in the sauna there will even be a cool down latch at the back. If we're being serious though if one needs to cool down jumping into the Union Bay wouldn't be a terrible idea.Photo Credits: designboom, gocstudio
