Jenna Jameson in Adidas Ad

In July, we introduced you to Shai, a French fashion label using hardcore porn for its catalog. Shai featured full on porn scenes with their clothing draped over the sides of the bed. Rumour has it that sales did not increase dramatically, although traffic to their site was astronomical.

Now Forbes has picked up the Shai story along with several other large labels associating themselves with porn. Adidas signed porn superstar Jenna Jameson to associate themselves with porn (see the video below).

Agent Provocateur is releasing made-for-the-internet soft core porn flicks with Kate Moss.

Even more extreme, Fashion designer Marc Jacobs, has allowed a porn movie crew to shoot a scene inside his SoHo store. Forbes writes, "Has Marc Jacobs gone mad? Not at all. Rather, a calculated move: In the jaded world of fashion and entertainment, association with porn is becoming a way to demonstrate edginess."
