Tripper Launched the Falcon II Two-Seater Electric Bike

'Tripper,' the Los Angeles-based e-bike startup, launched the 'Falcon II,' a two-seater e-bike with a spacious design. Tripper claims this bike is a first of its kind for the e-bike industry, offering the first two-seater option at its high performance grade. The Falcon II supports a maximum weight of up to 227 kilograms, or approximately 500 pounds, making it more than enough to carry two full-size adults.

Aside from this, the bike boasts an ultra-comfortable memory foam seat with enough space for two riders. The bike includes a 750W hub motor that outputs a maximum of 1,000W, combined with a 48-volt battery pack that delivers up to 50 miles of range per charge. On top of this, the bike achieves a top speed of 25 miles per hour based on the current payload of the riders, leading to a maximum ride time between one and two hours.

THe Falcon II is available for purchase for $1,600 USD on the company's Indiegogo campaign with early bird pricing, though it will increase to its MSRP of $1,999 USD in August when it launches.
