Tijuana Flats' New Fajita Tacos are the Perfect Cross Between 2 Classic Dishes

Tijuana Flats knows that consumers love both fajitas and tacos, so the brand decided to bring the two dishes together in the form of new Fajita Tacos.

Tijuana Flat's new Fajita Tacos are part fajita and part taco. To start, guests can choose between grilled chicken or steak. Their protein of choice is then wrapped up in warm, flour tortillas alongside sizzling fajita peppers and onions, as well as garlic lime sauce and fresh guajillo chile salsa. The hybrid tacos are then topped with cheddar jack cheese, iceberg lettuce, and house-made pico de gallo. As Tijuana Flats CEO Brian Wright explains, "We are continually looking for ways to bring our guests the boldest flavors possible, while creating irresistible Tex-Mex experiences, and this limited-time offer is the newest frontier of flavor."
