Created in Taiwan, the unique concept of the Aurai eye massage device aims to relieve strain and fatigue that is a result of modern technology use.
The Aurai is said to resolve puffiness, strain, dryness, tired eyes, itching, watering, blurred vision and general tension in the eye area. There are no studies on whether or not this type of device would relieve eye problems via an eye massage, however it appears to be inspired by common eye-relieving treatments such as putting cucumbers on the eyes.
The device is powered by circulated hot or cold water within the silicon compress and there are adjustable settings for time and temperature. The fact that the device massages using water would likely ensure that it would be gentle on the eye area.
