Illusional Everyday Item Illustrations

These Photos of Everyday Objects Look Like Simple Drawings

These everyday objects have been made into optical illusions with only a few minor tweaks to their images. What was once a simple toaster or handbag has been made into an accurate, washed-out print.

Cynthia Greig took what would otherwise be very basic prints of very oridinary objects and turned them into a pseudo illusion and she managed to do this without having to change too much about the images themselves. The original images lend themselves well to color so Cynthia decided to completely wash out the color and leave the background white. In addition to the white washing of the photos, the objects were also outlined to look as if they were drawn in in with pencil.

From afar, you could definitely mistake these images for simple drawings but these everyday objects are simply a product of masterful editing
