Bare Bones Fashion Campaigns

The Erdun Spring/Summer 2014 Line Makes Use of Minimalism

The Edun Spring/Summer 2014 campaign proves that less really is more. Model Marine Deeleuw showcased the simplistic collection with the help of photographer Danielle Sherman. Despite the lack of props and bright coloring, the brand displayed its knack for clean cut styles and subdued femininity.

Minimalism is rampant in this Edun line. Sleek crepe-like dresses hang loosely on the figure alongside free flowing white skirts. Floor-length cut out dresses and large trench coats are also present, giving way to an aesthetic that is alluring and sensual in a coy manner.

Sherman juxtaposed these bare bones items with geometric print tiling. The black and white shapes offset the apparel, making them appear all the more nonchalant and approachable.
