Google Docs Now Lets Users Pre-Write and Easily Send Emails

Google has released a new feature for its Google Docs application that it has named 'email draft.' This feature allows users to load an email template into a Google Docs word file. This template includes all of the necessary sections required to write an email, such as the body, Cc, and the Bcc, and title sections. Users can utilize this template to ensure their formatting, grammar, and spelling are all accurate prior to sending an important email.

When the user is done creating the email, they do not need to copy and paste the information into Gmail in order to send the email. Rather, sending this draft is as simple as clicking the Gmail icon on the Google Docs Hotbar.
