Salt & Straw Just Debuted Its Eat Your Flowers Series

Salt & Straw is celebrating spring is a very literal way with the release of its new Eat Your Flowers Series.

Designed to celebrate the beautiful floral blooms that come with the return of spring, the new features "a beautiful bouquet of flavors to brighten each lovely day." One of the new floral flavors is Jasmine Milk Tea Almond Stracciatella, which features jasmine tea-infused ice cream with chocolate stracciatella and coated almond slivers. Another delicious option is Pistachio w/ Saffron & Rose Water, which consists of pistachio ice cream mixed with saffron butter mochi cake chunks and a hint of rosewater. There's even a vegan option called Hibiscus & Coconut Sherbet, which is a hibiscus coconut cream sorbet with cinnamon and ginger flavors.

All five pints in the Eat Your Flowers Series can be ordered as a collection, or you can enjoy the flavors by the scoop and pint at Salt & Straw scoop shops.
