This DIY project is for the die-hard puzzle lover. It is a modular rug which you can piece together to form your very own Persian rug. The product designer is Katrin Sonneleitner of Germany who came up with this 1225 piece mat made from a recyclable mixture of synthetic and natural rubber. This mat will do nicely outdoors on a patio or deck for those who wish to dress up their outdoor space.
The rug is called Puzzleperser and was chosen by the German Design Council for the d3 contest exhibition which was held in Cologne earlier this year. You will have to contact her for availability.
