Social Media-Booking Reservations

Twizoo Now Allows You To Make Dining Reservations Using Twitter

London social media start-up Twizoo can now offer dining reservation bookings via Twitter for those that are more social media inclined. This is a natural progression for the Twizoo brand that already scans Twitter for restaurant recommendations using a customized algorithm.

Using a similar algorithm, Twizoo can now offer Twitter users the ability to book reservations via their social media account. Users use the hashtag #TweetToBook that the Twizoo algorithm picks up. From there, Twizoo will check the selected restaurant's booking system and if there is availability book for you and send a confirmation tweet your way. All bookings are stored in the Twizoo app that can be shown to the restaurant upon arrival. This is a great example of brands using social media to help reach out to millennial markets using technology.
