Dekleva Gregoric Architects Provides Privacy in a Unique Way

As quickly as open offices were adopted, so too are they now being converted in order to bring back a semblance of privacy; enter one of Dekleva Gregoric Architects' recent designs. The studio stepped into a workplace based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, that desired closed spaces when needed. Instead of erecting partitions or sliding doors, Dekleva Gregoric Architects decided to put a twist on a more traditional solution.

Using curtains, Dekleva Gregoric Architects was able to section off seven separate areas in the open office. Hypebeast notes, "These automatic curtains thus adapt the space to the users’ needs, allowing a larger degree of freedom than in a traditional fixed office setting." Perhaps more offices with adopt something similar to create a hybrid space of sorts.
