Earlier this week, the ‘Electric Youth’ singer took to her Twitter page to profess her desire to be on ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ She asked fans to start a petition to get her on the next season.

Deborah Gibson even revealed that has been considered to be a contestant on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ for the last few seasons.

With her new film ‘Mega-Shark vs. Giant Octopus’ on the way, it seems that Deborah Gibson is trying to get her groove back--could a stint on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ help her back into the mainstream?
