Cubitat Can Transform Any Space Into A Fully Functional Apartment

Cubitat is a multi-purpose cube that is capable of transforming any old space into a fully functioning apartment. This 'plug and play' concept cube was developed by the Canadian architectural studio Urban Capital in partnership with Italian designer Luca Nichetto.

Each multipurpose cube measures 3 x 3 x 3 meters and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, living room/entertaining area, bathroom, laundry and ample storage space. The design saves a lot of space and allows for the creation of a compact home without the need for time-consuming and expensive renovations.

Each Cubitat leverages four vertical faces to offer different functions and purposes. One face features a kitchen with a sink, oven, stove top, refrigerator and dishwasher. Another faces include entertaining lounges equipped with flat screen TVs, and a module dedicated to wardrobe and storage.
