CPR Glove

A Potential Lifesaver

The power to save lives may no longer require CPR training, with the development of the CPR glove by two McMaster University students. The glove is wired to detect a pulse and to give guidance throughout CPR procedures by means of a series of beeps, flashing lights and audio voice instructions.

Implications - The CPR glove is designed so that one size will fit all. There are microchips inside the glove as well as sensors to monitor the depth and frequency of compressions being given during CPR. The glove is a good thing to have on hand and because it is so small it can fit practically anywhere. You never know when you may have to save a life!
