Concrete Brass Sculptures

Considered Objects by David Taylor Symbolizes Pure Escapism

The Considered Objects art series can be interpreted in a number of ways. In fact, some people might even mistake the items for household objects and decor. Yet at the end of the day, the Considered Objects sculptures were created out of pure escapism. The artist behind the series shares, "During an intensive period of planning, delivering, meetings and deadlines ‘Considered Objects’ provided a free zone to focus on something else. Some jog, some do yoga, I returned to my workshop for an hour every other day to find peace in making. With each shift the pieces took shape, the result of a three-part conversation between hand, mind and material."

Created by David Taylor, Considered Objects involves only concrete and brass.
