It has four wheels and a capsule to house a single passenger who will lean and twist to steer, all the while being provided with the safety of the enclosure. It’s called the Scarab, and did I mention the coolness factor is off the chart?
Gonçalves hopes that the concept will have a biofuel internal combustion engine or use strictly battery power. Whatever the power, it has to go fast to match the look.
