Paper Coffee Cup Handles

Take Out Packaging by Melissa Cloutier

Melissa Cloutier’s clever Take Out Coffee cardboard packaging offers java junkies a handle to hold a paper cup of hot coffee comfortably. Not only that, there are two convenient holes to hold the creamers too. This design allows the user to transport it all safely with only one hand. Those who often dash in and out of coffee shops will appreciate this.

The holder was made from a simple piece of cardboard without any glue. The nice thing about the cardboard is that it can be recycled.

Cloutier designed this cardboard holder in the packaging class run by Sylvain Allard, a professor at the School of Design at the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada.
