This Cider Combines Premium Coffee Beans With Crisp Apple Cider

Locust Cider, which specializes in crafting modern ciders by combining tried-and-tested cider-making techniques with locally obtained ingredients and modern methods, has teamed up with none other than fellow Northwest brand Cutters Point Coffee to go about developing an innovative coffee cider.

The 'Cold Brew Coffee' cider, which went on store shelves in February 2023, features a flavor profile that is somewhat sweet without being overpowering. The use of coffee beans from Ethiopia, Colombia and Nicaragua makes for a coffee profile that happens to work beautifully with Locust's ciders, made from quality Washington apples. The end result is a drinking experience that combines notes of light spice, nuttiness, vanilla and amaretto for a delightfully complete taste.

Available in six-packs of 12-ounce units, this coffee cider is a marvellous example of how companies from different beverage sectors can combine their strengths and powers to create new beverage categories.
