Coconut hot chocolate is hard to resist at any time of year, whether it's the height of summer or the depths of winter. Food blog How Sweet It Is has come up with a delicious recipe for a single-serving coconut hot chocolate.
This hot chocolate can be made entirely in a crockpot, leaving little to no mess to clean up afterwards. Using a slow cooker, coconut milk is heated and brought to a boil. Cocoa powder and chocolate is added in, and the entire mixture is whisked to create a light, frothy liquid. Simply pour the heated mixture into a mug and garnish it with some shredded coconut, whipped cream, or chocolate flakes, and you've got a seriously delectable and aesthetically beautiful dessert on your hands.
