Studio Merlin Chases the Clutter-Free Living Experience

The clutter-free living experience has a lot of benefits. While having things organized can save time and hassle, a well-ordered living space also contributes to wellness and enables individuals to get tasks done efficiently. This is especially important to those living in the urban environment where they have to be mindful of space.

Studio Merlin attempted to achieve a clutter-free living experience with the revamped design of a Stoke Newington flat, owned by the studio's founder Josh Piddock. Titled 'Maison Pour Dodo,' the project was informed by "a desire for a tidy, restful home that had little material noise." Studio Merlin achieves this dream with a slew of storage solutions, stylishly included throughout the house. Some of the solutions include floor-to-ceiling shelves, pantry-style shelves, as well as an "in and out storage" which can hold "day-to-day essentials" in a grab-and-go style.
