Chotto Matte Debuted Its Exclusive Menu Offerings for Valentine's Day

Chotto Matte, the elevated Japanese and Peruvian restaurant with locations in Miami, Toronto, Los Angeles, and more, recently announced its exclusive Valentine's weekend menu. Locals can enjoy culinary specialties as well as a la carte options at the restaurant. The evening will be set off by mesmerizing duo dance performances, feathery costumes, and heart-racing emotional performances inspired by the wild bird love parades of the rainforest.

Three exclusive dishes will be offered, including aphrodisiac-inspired Nikkei Oysters and the O-Toro Tartar with green papaya, pomegranate, and wasabi soy, which will be best accompanied by the restaurant's signature cocktails inspired by Tokyo and Lima. With the sensual flavors of yuzu and sesame, the Matcha-Mango Cheesecake Mousse is a perfect way to end the evening.

"We are so excited to reopen our doors and welcome guests back to Chotto Matte. Our Valentine’s Day program celebrates love in all its forms, and we encourage all guests to come as they are, share a little love, and enjoy a memorable occasion," noted Kurt Zdesar Founder and owner of Chotto Matte and NZR Group.
