This Program Offers Tablets & Software to Children Of Martyrs

Indian educational technology startup 'First In Class' is working with the Rotary India Literacy Mission to create what is said to be the world's largest tech-first child education initiative by distributing 100,000 tablets - each loaded with e-learning platforms - to children of martyrs.

Created in order to celebrate the 75th year of India's independence, this massive child education initiative will provide tablets as well as curated educational content that is in keeping with the country's educational curriculum taught in schools. What's more, coursework will be made available in a dozen different languages to reflect the linguistic diversity of students and to encourage proficiency in their mother tongue.

With more than 10,000 hours of audio-visual and graphics content and modules ranging from language and cultural education to spiritual training and higher education specialties, this child education initiative aims to support the development and prospects of the children of those who sacrificed their lives for their country.
