To make it easier for restaurant staff to receive COVID-19 tests, DoorDash announced that it would be partnering with Cellex, a company that offers rapid-testing kits that are approved by the FDA.
Through the partnership, US merchants will be able to order kits that include 25 tests each. Each kit costs just $100 plus shipping, and requires no lab equipment. Currently, DoorDash and Cellex are serving restaurants with three locations or less within the country who would benefit from the rapid-testing kits.
The delivery company announced that it will be emailing eligible partners with more information on how they can purchase their kits, and has also published a list of FAQs regarding its work with Cellex.
