The New Brush Monster Adds AR Icons to Entice Regular Tooth Brushing

The Samsung spinoff 'Kitten Planet' created the Brush Monster -- an augmented reality enabled toothbrush that was made specifically for children. Through AR and smart sensors, the toothbrush teaches and encourages kids to keep up with healthy brushing habits while giving parents the ability to see all brushing data on the mobile app.

The brush is used with a step-by-step guide that involves children in a story that gamifies and educates them through the entire process of brushing. The product uses Bluetooth technology to connect directly to any smartphone or tablet, prompting users to follow the story through the introduction video in which the evil 'Green Mold' character captures the Brush Monster. Children will then attempt to save the fan-favorite character by following detailed instructions on where, when and how long to brush their teeth. The new product was designed to solve the age-old battle of getting children to care about oral health.

With a lightweight body, brushing motion sensor, long-lasting battery and an easy setup, the new Brush Monster AR toothbrush is geared for kids aged three to eight and is available online now for $49.00.
