Carsten Witte's Body Language Editorial is Quietly Sensual

It is photographs like those seen throughout the Body Language photo spread that really show off the beauty of the human form. In place of overt sexual poses are soft, sensual ones. Instead of portraying the strength and form of the body through dance or other rigorous scenes, the Body Language editorial is still, celebrating the quieter properties of our exalted frame.

Shot by none other than Germany-based photographer Carsten Witte, who is known for his artistic portrayals of the naked human form, the Body Language photo spread is a more subtle interpretation than he is commonly known for. Instead of relying heavily on Photoshop manipulations, Witte has kept the Body Language editorial as bare as the model herself. Shot entirely in black and white, Body Language appeared in Maxima Magazine.
