He took a simple utilitarian device and made it complicated, replacing the ink cartridge with a blood-filled syringe. Bob Partington is the ghoul. He is Canadian, so you can blame Canada when there is a blood shortage because of Bob's Bloody Bic.

It will be displayed in Barcelona, Spain at Bread and Butter, Untitled Exhibition until January 18, 2008.
