Egg Benedict Pizzas

This Untraditional Benedict Recipe Comes a Classic Brunch with a Pizza

People will put all sorts of things on a pizza these days, but this benedict recipe is truly unusual. Created by Nick Chipman at the food blog DudeFoods, the Pizza Benedict is perfect for a late brunch or a late night snack.

Using half an English muffin, you create a personal pizza by adding tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni and baking it in the oven. After it is cooked, you add a poached egg with hollandaise sauce on top. You could also get creative by adding spinach to your pizza, or meat other than pepperoni. Further instructions can be found in video form.

By combining non-traditional elements, the benedict recipe not only merges two separate dishes but two different meal times as well.
