Babo Botanicals has launched haircare products in eco-friendly packaging as part of its commitment to reducing its use of plastic alternatives.
The brand chose paper cartons that are reported to contain 80% les plastic than alternatives yet maintain a water-resistant profile and are also verified by How2Recycle. The cartons are thus suitable for being recycled wherever milk cartons are accepted to expedite a consumer's ability to responsibly dispose of them after use. The products come in three collection including Nourishing Mango & Hibiscus, Purifying Lemon Tea Tree & Grapefruit and Defining Baobab & Rosehip.
The Babo Botanicals packaging update is part of a continued shift away from plastic materials towards alternatives like paper that are inherently easier when disposed of in the waste stream.
