Anova Partnered with RED to Fight the HIV/AIDS Crisis

Anova, a kitchen appliance company, has partnered with RED to create a collection of sous-vide kitchen appliances for charity. RED is an organization founded in 2006 that raises awareness about the AIDS pandemic. This collaboration hopes to raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS.

The collection will feature three versions of Anova's sous-vide circulators - The Precision Cooker, the Nano, and the Precision Cooker Pro. For each purchase of an ANOVA RED appliance, five percent of the proceeds will go to the Global Fund - one of RED's foundations that finances HIV/AIDs programs in Africa. Anova and RED have pledged to donate a minimum of USD 200,000.

The line can be purchased through Anova's website or on Amazon starting September 30. The line retails between USD 129 - 399.
