Chris Elsasser says he creates "indoor anatomical art with lightboxes" using his own designs or actual x-rays. They come in mini, standard or specialty versions.
It is a new type of art (if indeed it is an art form) but it matters not. They look awesome and are really unique and very different. I am not sure in what home setting they would look best, but if I was lucky enough to get one, I would most certainly move all my furniture around to make it work... if I had to.
